Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If the wine you receive is faulty, you may return it within one week for a refund or an exchange for another product. If you need to return something, please do the following: Call J Gregory at (707)474-2149 and explain the reason for return and whether you want a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. Please pack and seal the item(s) securely. Use the return address on your invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If replaced, we will also pay shipping costs for items sent in exchange.
